Police say Travis Collier, 34, was arrested during a traffic stop Thursday on Maple Street. Officers say they found a loaded handgun in the vehicle. He's been charged with two counts of felony second-degree assault, felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.​

A man has been arrested for shooting two women last week on Rochester's west side.

And he's accused of shooting into a house with children earlier this year.

Rochester Police: Arrest made in North Street shooting from June​

Rochester, N.Y. — A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting on North Street earlier this year.

This comes after the man was previously arrested and released for allegedly shooting two women on Child Street in August.
Over the weekend, 34-year-old Travis Collier was taken into custody after investigation found he was in possession of a handgun during the incident that occurred on June 18.

In 2014, Collier was convicted of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

She for sure would have addressed it if the cops or good guy with a gun shot and killed him, someone would be arrested.

They are a liability to the State when incarcerated. Anyone with a legal income is "prime" for arrest/incarceration as they have property and money to feed the State coffers.
