We go back to a govt controlled social media platforms setting narratives and shutting down opposing views. What other govt controlled platform is thriving? FB curbed it activity of censoring. It now warns you about posts they deem false but they allow you to see content. That was not the case before Elon bought Twitter. I know this to be true as many of my friends haven't been suspended in over a year now. lol They have changed nothing about their activity on FB.
X is a small victory and one that should be supported. I'm open to other platforms so please, anyone, point me to them. One's that have the same reach. If its outlook was and is failure, they wouldn't be trying so hard to fail it.
They're coming after him for sure. But you and I are safe so no need to get involved. Love that line of thinking. Its why we are where we are today.

Its actually worse than that. lol Today they want complete control over any narrative for the purpose of manipulating and grooming the human thought process. You can't spark a civil war without manipulating both sides into thinking that is can be won; the other side is wrong and weak and they will provide information to allow both sides that victory is assured. People like Elon and Trump are a danger to that goal. Unfiltered access to information? That will not stand. They will determine was in real and tell you don't believe your lying eyes. My position is we need to support those that support the idea of liberty, freedom and unfiltered access to information. Staying silent, lurking on message boards criticizing those actually in the fight, only provides intel for those, that once they have complete control, squash you like a bug. The fight is now and never letting them gain that control. If joining an app like X in support of Elon, cancelling Disney, only shopping at stores and online sources that don't play politics, engaging in conversations of political dissent, reaching out to those that are confused and lost and supporting at every opportunity those that are at the front of this political fight is too much for ya, then go ahead and sit on the sidelines. But those folks not engaging need to do some soul searching for sure and their talk and criticisms will eventually be nothing but talk.
