so I know people on here have said they use belly bands and others have also suggested belly bands.
I think generally speaking belly bands do have a niche place for a carry set up, but for me they all have the same major flaw(s) to were i wont even consider getting one.. no hard protection over the trigger (like how kydex or even a quality leather holster protects the trigger), then secondly and probably more of an issue is the inability to reholster especially one handed.
Well looks like Unity Tactical has a solution to all that and maybe more.. while this product seems geared more towards undercover or low profile type carrying, i think it could make an awesome rig for even the typical EDC.
Its called the clutch and it looks to be a belly band but made up of multiple pouches that take inserts, and the pouches also appear to take most kydex holsters (just remove the mounting hardware) as the Phlster Floodlight is pictured below. But can also take Magazines, Medical, and even radio
And here they have it shown on their website being worn under a hood, but i can see it very easily being worn like a standard belly band
