A new lawsuit reveals Suffolk County, NY is delaying giving gun permits for three years.

The above video is somewhat annoying to me, and not particularly informative. So, I looked and found the actual lawsuit docs linked through the Long Island Gun Owners Forum, and the links are provided below.
WOW! Suffolk County, - which used to be Republican, (and conservative) has seriously gone to shit! Taking 2 to 3 YEARS to issue CCW Permits, - and they are fucking adamant. It is insanity. Even threatening to arrest anyone who merely touches a firearm during the mandatory live fire training one must endure BEFORE even being issued a permit! If you can't touch a firearm during live fire, you can't very well complete it!
Amy Bellatoni is the plaintiffs lawyer. The docs (hosted on one of the plaintiff's website) are a very interesting read, - but they will make you angry over how corrupt those fuckers are.

I don't know if this lawsuit is one of the 5 (or is it 6) lawsuits that will be heard at the 2nd Circuit in March. I hope to Hell that it is.
