This all day long. Hit them where they can't be insured.This is the answer. Listen to this carefully. It has been done in other states. Parents in my kids school are getting meetings together to combat this bullshit! These are not laws, meaning a mandate is on the head of the ones imposing such. Board members, Super, Principle etc... The head of the school. PERSONAL liability for injuries will be put on their heads being that they mandate it and it is not law! This approach can be used for Masks or Vaccines.

my friends 8yr old boy got the stay home quarantine order a week or so ago .. close contact shit .. but his 16 yr old brother is still a okay to go to school .. .. i think he lives in the same house .. i did see him a few time .. .. Fucking REALLY ..
none of us are sick .. prolly due to the Farm animals poo poo and drinking from the water hose from the natural spring water ..
and the occasional slipping and falling in Cow and duck poo POO .. and Chickens and goats too .. lol ..
BTW ..on the 8 yr old time out .. we went fishing .. he caught a 16.5 inch bass on a hot dog for bait .. no one had worms for sale ..

The 8 yr old learned more from fishing that day than listening to the B.S in schools nowadays.
This is what I found locally. When we pulled our kids at the beginning of the school year we explored private schools. All of our local ones said they were bound by the law. I countered and said there was no such law. They got immediately flustered and said well mandates. I laughed and stood up and said I don't think we are a good fit for each other and thanked them for their time.
Homeschooling so far has been pretty easy. The wife takes the kids on many outings but I can tell the oldest craves more time with kids his age. But I can tell you whenever he complains about homeschooling is because it's harder than regular school. We definitely push him harder than the teachers ever thought about.
I was in the same boat as you. But I can tell you after attending the last board meeting there was no way I was going to send my kids back to that school. It really was that disgusting. Mine are still playing sports, but they are young enough not to be on a specific schools team. The socialization was my biggest hurdle but when we found out they still weren't being allowed to interact with each other anyways that kind of went out the window. There is no easy solution here and we all know the possible different outcomes, but for my family it is to avoid the schooling system as long as possible to hope for a real change.
I hear you and am getting very close to drawing my line as well. And the “soon to come “ vaccine mandate will be it. Although they will not be in school in that case , they will still be following their curriculum via google meets at home. I think anyways. If not , then my hand will be forced and they will be home schooled if there is no other way. May be a blessing in disguise. Plenty of field trips
If you need any help or info please PM me. I don't know much about the curriculum but my wife spent weeks of her life researching it.

My mom worked with home schooled kids yrs ago .. She had a Ceramic Shop in the basement . .. i guess that would fall into Arts and Crafts for home schooling .. I got a wood shop and it includes a reloading bench
