Some dumb ass grabs your loaded gun, hmmm let me "unload it" and hand it back to him? The video is full of genius. I would have removed the gun from the equation and then removed that retard from my home. The only one with half a brain was the girl who said don't point that at me.

Story is not jiving with the video ... the guy dropped the mag, double racks it, points it to the wall and it sounds like he dry fires it at the wall . unless that noise was somthing else in the kitchen.

If you ask me that gun was clear and then reloaded at some point that evening or it had a fail too eject and a fail to fire during clearing, I'm not a glock guy but this seems highly unlikely to me.

Slipping on black ice is likely failure to use proper tires, failure to adapt driving to conditions, failure to pay attention.

Tire breaking off is failure to maintain the vehicle. Brakes ditto.

None of those is an accident. It's negligence. If it's a factory defect then it's negligence on the part of the manufacturer.

According to NHTSB about 2% of collisions are factory defects. Back out deer and such, and you have 90+% of auto collisions being negligence.

You don't get it either. The act - the thing that happens - the car crashing into a tree because of brake failure or because of ice (you had best learn something about driving on ice if you think accidents then are due to bad tires and only that) or because of whatever is the action called an accident. That negligence caused the accident is quite possible. Negligence is, or can be, the cause of the accident but not the accident itself.
