The residential school story is decades old.

As for this recent news it started as an honest one and quickly descended into dishonesty.

Initially the story was that there were hundreds of people in unmarked graves. Simply. That's it. The graveyard happened to be next to a school. The graveyard was used by the entire town.

Of course, people jumped to conclusions and in no time the narrative was that these were mass graves of children. Even the article does not assert this:

Well, great. Are 10 of them linked? 750? Who knows. Who cares! So, in other words, why wait for more details when we can instead get enraged I guess.

How do you know who is setting fires and for what reason? A decade or two ago there was a number of black churches set on fire in this country. The fires were very suspicious. Black activists were suspected who were trying to create an issue.
Did they ever catch an Indian setting church fire? Lots of fires and no physically attacked priests is very suspicious to me.

Just a reminder to the group. This program wasn't going on in Roman times or Middle ages. It was still going on well into 1990's. People who are still in their 40's and 50's went through it and parents are still alive. I hope they sue the disgraced system that took their land and abused their children for every dollar it has.
