While I am completely supportive of our military and law enforcement personnel having everything they need to fight wars and enforce our laws (with the caveat that we citizens have the same hardware so there is no disparity of force), it ought to be obvious that putting weaponry into the hands of a select few creates gigantic "gun free" kill zones as well as a clear and present danger to any nation to fall into despotism and tyranny any time the armed forces decide they would rather rule than serve their nation.

However, since leftists and avowed communists are of course much smarter than the rest of us, I'm having trouble figuring out how the above incident could even happen.

Its almost like military and law enforcement forces have their own will and thoughts and feelings, and maybe even their own motivations, beyond "just following orders."

Nah can't be. Leftists and communists assure us we'll all be very very SAFE if we would just give up our Arms and let Mother help build the wall.

But if that is the case, how did this soldier get off the reservation and decide for himself to go rogue? How is it that we have cops and soldiers right here in Mom and Apple Pie Land who turn on their fellow citizens to commit crimes against them? Just following orders?

Maybe his helmet was just too damn tight.

Its all quite perplexing.

In other countries it's usually the government that does the mass killing of its own people. Though individuals taking it upon them selves is not unheard of.
