I believe the 9th Circuit overruled the lower court and reinstated the 10 day waiting period. Calguns and SAF said they were going to appeal, but they should probably wait until Gorsuch is confirmed.

You know what? I propose that for any new gun control bill that is proposed, a current law must be removed from the books. You want a 10 day waiting period? Fine. Get rid of the Sullivan Act.

As a Westchester pistol license holder I currently have a 3-4 week waiting period for any new handguns.

Every time I purchase a pistol, it takes 3-6 weeks to get my permission slip from Westchester so that I can pick up my property (where I get background checked...again).
I go to a gun show, I buy a gun they do the nics, then what. After 10 days they ship it to me or another FFL?
Or does your FFL do the nics then wait? This can get costly and dissuade people from buying. Unless you buy local your going to have to incur shipping at the least.
