So, Picente claims to be against this, but we only were able to get our fingerprints done today to complete the process, and Utica Police Department has the application box locked up and a sign saying they are refusing all applications. We fucking did everything right, in the right order, and HIS police department locked us out. And Dan Sullivan's permit office is conveniently closed. I am so sick and tired of these assholes.
