They must have hard evidence against him , they are leaving him a backdoor to bow out gracefully. I dont think Cuomo will do it. He will wait to get impeached , He will never surrender power under any circumstance.

My understanding is that a cops testimony is generally above reproach on the stand. If he is now saying that a State Trooper is lying, what does that do to any cops testimony from here on out? So I get a ticket for reckless driving, no video evidence, why can't I just say that according to our Governor, cops lie, so I cannot be found guilty based solely on the cops testimony?

Obviously, which is why I am out of here in 5. I do though want that POS to squirm, shit in his pants and basically be labeled as a predator. I want him to suffer in any way possible. It wouldn't make up for 1/100th of the pain he has given many NY'ers but I would sleep just a bit better at night with this asterisk in history.

I think he'll resign after he works out a deal to avoid criminal charges.I dont know why an AG would be concerned with anything but a criminal investigation, but she said this was a "civil matter".All the accusers will file massive lawsuits and take big payoffs, at the expense of the taxpayers, on the condition they drop any criminal complaints.He will then claim he only resigned to save the taxpayers the expense of an impeachment and any further legal expenses.A real hero of the people.Then he will run for POTUS in '24.After all, they ran Biden and in my mind all the bullshit Biden was involved with his son and the CCP and Ukraine is far worse than grabbing a few asses on the job.Hopefully the feds will hammer him for the nursing home/covid shit and he gets strung up.

I don’t think he will resign nor be removed from office. The politicians in this state and for that matter, in most of the country are useless cocksuckers who care for very little except to increase their own fiefdom. I imagine that behind the scenes, the deplorable pricks are making a deal that cuomo agrees to disappear after this term if they let him ride it out. Wonder if it’s obvious that I have zero faith in our political and legal system.

I’m no fan of Cuomo, but don’t be so quick to jump on the condemn bandwagon either. This is an ousting organized by the left. Pause for a moment and ask “Qui Bono?” (Who does it benefit?)

If they organized it, they’re looking to replace the devil we know with one that is worse.

I've asked this question before. Why have none of the women pressed charges? Did they try? Were they told not to?
There's obviously enough evidence to charge him even if they can't get a conviction.

To answer GOPerfect - does anyone care? I think it's safe to say that nobody here cares what he does as long as he's removed. Will it get better in NY - of course not. Some other dictator will step in and continue to screw this state. What we all want is him in jail. Second best would be seeing him humiliated.
