Imo, the best glock airsoft pistols are made by Umarex, and Im pretty certain this is what the industry considers the best as well.
WE Tech is an airsoft company that makes an MOS model, I had a WE Tech glock replica years ago for a short time and it was decent, I don't know enough about them to say how good they are nowadays.

If Umarex uses a standard Glock sight you could always use a dovetail mount. Not MOS but it should do the trick for training.

i have a Umarex G19 in bb 177 .. look and feel .. just like the real thing .. also have a beretta-m92-a1 full auto blow back
there just like the real gun .. the M92 .. you can remove the slide .. just like the real ..
if you go air soft u get that orange tip
on the bb G19 .. i got a kydex holster for the real G19 and the Umarex G19 was a tight fit .. it just a bit off ..
i just left the bb gun in the holster and in the sun while in the car over the summer and it fits now perfectly
still looking for a holster for the M92
i would have to check the 2 i have .. but i don't think the sights are removable ...
the M92 has a rail under the barrel for a light or lazer ..

I have the gen 4 umarex g17,it fits my glock holsters just like my real guns. Ill check the front sight, but the rear sight is definitely removeable, although not sure on the specs of the dovetail.

Thanks. I ended up with a Umarex G19 and an adapter to mount to the dovetail. Hopefully I’ll see it within a week

I also have the Gen 3 G17 (semi-blowback) and the gen 3 G19 (no blowback). I can tell you the G17 never gets used anymore. The blowback feature is cool, but Id rather have the pistol shoot harder and hit what I'm aiming at. The non-blowback G19 not only outshoots it, accuracy-wise, it also shoots flatter, about 80-100 fps faster.

Got the G19 in today. Waiting for the dovetail mount to arrive. It is a shame it isn’t a bit louder as it doesn’t set off the shot timer even at the highest sensitivity

I use a shot timer app on my phone with the airsoft and it works decent most of the time. Its the IPSC shot timer if you want to check the app.
