Albany Police: Misunderstood yote arrested for 4th time this year on weapons charge

ALBANY, NY (WRGB) Albany Police say they arrested a 19 year old man on Monday, accused of possessing a loaded handgun.
Police say officers, just after 9:15 PM, witnessed Jamir Hartfield pull a handgun out of his fanny pack and drop it on the ground in the area of the parking lot at Bleeker Terrace Apartments.


Hartfield was immediately taken into custody and, according to police, a 9mm handgun was recovered, loaded with several rounds.

How do you know about the safeact if you don't watch the news, or have the needed input, other than being arrested for gun possession, to know about the law?
Some of the anti gun people have no idea of the laws and base their views on feelings.
