The R's are in on it.

Republicans in the state legislature proposed anti-crime laws Tuesday.......The legislation announced by Republicans in the state assembly Tuesday includes:- Removing all gun crimes from the “no-bail” list of crimes.
Since nobody is pushing back they will continue to push forward with more bills.
How is removing "gun crimes" from being able to be released without bail "in on it" (I'm assuming you mean that these Republicans support gun control). Sounds to me like they are trying to be more strict for people who use a gun in the commission of a crime. Isn't that what we, here, have been suggesting all along?
They can push all they want. They are no longer relevant, and any Rights-infringing bullshit will be completely ignored.
"Gun crimes" can mean a lot of things, especially to different people, people who may not think like us on this matter. IE. Your bayonet lug wasn't completely removed because there is a fleck of metal left so they say your AR is not "SAFE" compliant? That's a "gun crime". No bail for you, etc.
I 100% support no bail for someone who holds up a bank using a gun or whatever. However, "gun crimes" is way too vague to say no bail for them.
Im good with all of this.Republicans call for anti-crime laws in New York
