This is an Alessi leather RH OWB speed scabbard Holster for a L frame revolver. It fits a 1 1/2” belt. I had it made for me for my
S&W 686 plus with a 3” barrel. Should fit any L Frame size revolver with a 3” barrel. Mint condition.
