They are screaming the ad needs to be taken down because the "whole story" was not told. In this case the Judge "could" have set a small bail (based on the perps long violent history of smashing heads on concrete) but the Prosecuter and Judge did not seek or set any bail one week before the gruesome murder. They media is screaming Huchol should not be blamed for lefty judges and prosecuters.

Yeah, maybe Zeldin could have stated that better so people couldn't draw purposely incorrect conclusions. But to clarify....
What hochul has said and to what Zeldin is referring is, "These [Republicans] are master manipulators. They have this conspiracy going all across America trying to convince people that in Democratic states that they’re not as safe...."

So "technically" (using definitions you supplied) what she has said is that Republicans have a "secret plan" to do the "unlawful or harmful" act of convincing Americans they are not safe in Democratic states.
Seems like a free speech issue to me. Not sure how telling someone something (whether you agree or not) is a crime, or how a warning (again, whether you agree or not) is harmful.
Also, doesn't seem all that "secret" to me. Hell, I was able to see the tweet without a secret decoder ring or pouring lemon juice on my screen.
But to her it is a crime. I'm sure lots of Democrats would like to make it a crime to disagree with them. Isn't that what cancel culture is all about?

I manned the main desk..... Called people between incoming calls from the list on the Rally. Basically we told people to show up at either 1900 Ridge Rd, or 3200 Elmwood and we will put you to work making calls or goign door to door. There are hours at both locations today and tomorrow.
