Like all of the other dem plans to keep Trump out of office, their attempt to make Trump out to be a felon flopped hugely. At this point Smith's best option is to drop the fed cases and walk away. If not Trump's legal team would have run him thru the ringer and gotten them all overturned at a higher federal court anyway. This is the only way he can somewhat save face. What a complete slime ball.
