I'm looking at info from various sources and one says they won't know about PA until tomorrow. They are also clearly biased and throwing out useless stats. So many different predictions.

Look at the map that you posted....
PA is all Light blue. Means very little at this point.
The Three main cities have been counted and tallied. That is it. If you look at NY for example, the squares are dark blue....
PA is light blue.
