It was gratifying to hear Biden commit to a peaceful transfer of power. Also so far it seems leftists are doing little beyond cry and pout.
We have long been talking about Civil War, collapse, fire and brimstone scenarios because none of us really believed we could have a result like this. Clearly the majority of the population has made a collective decision to travel down the more sensible path. Since this landslide election, this public madate, the repudiation of insane leftist policies, the ending scene of Ben-Hur has come to mind. In this scene he speaks of feeling the sword being taken from his hand. I feel much the same way, years of built up venomous enmity has melted away and I actually feel hopeful for the future. There is much to be done and it will not all be accomplished by one man, one administration or in one term. There will be setbacks and the fight will go on but I see the path now, the light at the end of the tunnel.

Clinton and Obama said there would be a "peaceful transfer of power" and proceeded to wreck the White House and steal everything they could...you'll notice of course the same movers that packed both those clowns likely took all sorts of Files and Documents, but nary a word was said, and their Homes sure as hell weren't raided by the FBI with authorization to use deadly force.
Trump likely never saw or authorized anything that was boxed up and sent to Mar-a-largo, yet he was persecuted for it...Yea, I get it; it's like your Tax Return: Even though you don't fill it out, you're still totally responsible for it because it has your Name and Signature on it.

I think he will have a problem with the birthright

Amendment XIV, Section 1, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution directs that all persons born in the United States are U.S. citizens. This is the case regardless of the tax or immigration status of a person's parents.

Need to look at ALL of the text. 14th amendment is NOTjust about geography.

Section 1.​

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.​

ICE pretty much runs independent of the authorites in different states so if the states won't help ICE will come in and do the job there. This is going to be interesting.
