He is going to make her beg for another debate. Reverse psychology. She thinks she is great at doing debates. She thinks she won and will get cocky. He is playing with her ego. Guarantee if there is a next time it won't happen the same way. He wants one more in October, before the election. No questions, no ear piece. She will have to defend herself. Do you think people will remember the first debate or the second one then? This is really interesting to watch.

Taylor's endorsement and the timing of it was engineered to be a foil to the moment Musk endorsed Trump after the assassination attempt. It's obvious.
The difference is Musk's endorsement was an organic patriotic reaction, whereas Swift's is an orchestrated contrivance to create a reaction.
In a sane, healthy society which should carry more weight?...the industrial giant with goals of space exploration or the singer that sings about goals of finding a man that won't leave her with love blisters?

I don't believe the debates are going to help people decide who to vote for. Each candidate has a record, each candidate has been an incumbent.
It's not like the Lincoln-Douglass debates which were the only way average people could have any exposure to the candidates.
Kennedy and Nixon traveled the country together, yes together, and started debating each other years before their Presidential debates as junior Congressmen. ( I read that at least on one occasion they shared a hotel room while traveling)
The problem each of our current candidates have is a significant portion of the population just plain hate each of them as a person.
The VP had to drop out early in the Primary process when she ran for President. She did not get any votes. Nobody liked her. If President Biden had dropped out of the race earlier, and there had been a primary process in this cycle the VP might not be the current candidate.
A majority of the guys I grew up with in downtown Manhattan are quite succinct in their choice of anybody but Trump. "I just hate him."
What I see as we have gotten closer to the Election is people who previously would not be counted among Former President Trump's constituency, but do not hate him as a person, are likely to vote for him because of his demonstrated and anticipated agenda.
There is not an increasing number of people who will vote for VP Harris simply because they like her, or because she is not Donald Trump. Nobody is voting for her because the Biden-Harris Administration has a track record of making America better.
