America's largest police-owned media outlet hit with Twitter ban days after endorsing President Trump

Just days after endorsing Donald Trump for re-election, Twitter hits Law Enforcement Today with a ban. They're not the only social media censors.

If they are exercising such a tight degree of editorial control, then they are publishers and not just "a platform" like they claim.

Publishers are liable for what they publish. If they are going to control and delete stuff like this all the time, then someone should be able to sue them for publishing libelous statements about them. After all they have proven they are capable of exercising control over the content, but failed in their duty to do so.

Bias is one thing.

But libel is a tort you can sue over for a reason. There shouldn’t be exemptions.

I am really surprised nobody who has been slapped with one of the "fact check" labels has sued.

They *really* can't claim to be "just a platform" when it's their own "fact checkers" who are essentially calling you a liar.
