CZ Scorpion Evo?
Kel-Tec Sub-2000?

It all depends on whether you can realistically load them from the ejection port somehow, or split the receivers open. The problems with fixed mag semi auto "assault pistols" SMG variants is that if they jam, unlike an ar pistol which is fairly easy to clear, pistol caliber floor plates are more challenging and time consuming to take off and the actions are just smaller to work with. Another major factor will be that the receivers that do split bottom from top, like tech 9's and scorpion pistols (not the evo) that use receiver pins can NOT be loaded prior to putting an upper receiver back together when the bolts are in the way as far as I know.

Right, I guess that's what I'm asking, if anyone knows which designs can have a loaded mag inserted before reassembly.

From what I can find it looks like a fixed mag B&T ACP or H&K UMP would be possible.

And also fixed mag PPSH 41's and UZI's seem a bit iffy but may work.
