Folks they are chipping away at the 2nd Amendment slowly but surely. The right to keep and bear "arms" will soon mean that we can wear short sleave shirts and will have nothing at all to do with firearms. We need to amend the 2nd amendment to read, "In order to protect one's self, one's family, one's property, one's friends, one's state and one's country, the right to purchase, build, manufacture, own, carry and hunt with any weapons or firearms which may be necessary to insure and guarantee the aforementioned, including the ammunition and/or any and all add on accessories, necessary for that weapon to function in it's intended design and purpose, shall not be restricted, regulated, taxed, or limited in scope or use by any government entity or individual, at any time, for any reason".
