Ammo liquidation (Walmart haters can ignore this post)

Brickseek is showing a huge number of price reductions in ammo at Walmart. Each store has different inventory.

Alot has been sold already.

That's only if you can find somebody at/around the sporting goods counter. I've been hitting up the Central square Walmart for ammo. Might have to stop on again tomorrow morning.

I scored on Saturday.
Sunday the only ammo left (for the most part) was rifle ammo.

They seem to be dumping handgun rounds. The long gun and shotgun ammo was still regular pricing.

Just stopped in. Got 2 boxes of .40SW for $5 a piece and 1 of .380 for $7.

They had a 200 round box of .380 for $30. Might go back and get some.

They do have that stupid ass policy.
And good luck buying 38 special if you have 357 magnum on your permit or 44 mag for your lever gun. They don't care and They'll argue or deny the sale every time.

They only looked at the front of my permit. I do not have a 38/357 on the back. Did not have a problem. Can't say I ever had due to caliber.
One guy that cashed us out at Sporting goods ( manager of some sort, not in uniform, could have been warehouse guy) asked for my DL as well as my PP . I never give my true birthday when asked, I always use 01 Apr 69 ( April Fools day and 69 cuz ....well its a Beavis and Butthead thing).

My closest store limited buyers to 2 boxes per SKU, another store would let you fill a cart if you chose. I would have bought more.
