Ammo types legal to sell in NY

I recently had some ammunition come into my possession that is either calibers I don't run or more than I want, and I'd like to sell it. It's an eclectic mix of surplus ammo from the 50s through the 80s.
The question I have is whether any particular type of ammo is problematic under the law in NYS to sell. Specifically I have tracer rounds in a couple of calibers and some black tipped Garand rounds. I'm fully aware that tracers are often forbidden on ranges, and should be used with applying common sense with fire risks (I spent enough time on firing ranges in the Army down range stomping out fires we started). I just don't know if there are any specific areas of the law here that I need to be aware of before putting this on the market.

As far as I know there is nothing saying you can’t sell that stuff. Only thing I’m aware of is explosive rounds are a no go. Sell it and sleep fine at night.

Take it for what it is but Giffords say AP rounds are defined as pistol rounds and are only illegal if you intend to use them for illegal purposes.
Doesn’t look like the proposed law passed for possession to be illegal.

Includes possession of armor piercing, frangible or devastator ammunition as criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree and where possession is knowingly with intent to use against another, it shall constitute criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree.

30-06 AP should be good to go. No real production pistols or revolvers in that cal. As far as tracers (fire starters) no one really has an interest. Reloader’s usually just swap them out with a ball round.
Those old 30-06 black tips are nastier than the 50 bmgs (pound for pound) good stuff
