I have seen the stepped brass, and I always just toss it. To me its not worth the hassle to figure out seating depths for the type bullet I use.

Toss it.
I think I agree toss it. It's a variable you might be able to size depending on the does and brass. You might be able to seat the bullets your using to the desired depth. Theres no was to know other than just doing it.

Yup, junk get rid of it ! BIG thread over on the CZ Forum talking about this stuff and none is any good ! Scrap it for $$$ if you have a bunch if not just toss it in the scrap bin! More stepped cases - cursed garbage

It was by chance I read that article. I have a butt load of 9mm range brass. I need to take a little time and toss all of the junk stuff.

Yes toss it but in a pail that you can bring to the scrap yard ! Save all the used up crap brass and sell it for $$$$ ! I did it years ago, maybe 5 and got close to $300 bucks! Its getting near that time again !

I have a small cardboard box on my loading bench that I keep tools I need for loading. I have two pairs of channel lock in there. When I get garbage cases I crush the ends of the cases before I toss them in the bucket of scrap brass.
I occasionally drop good cases and if they fall in the bucket of scrap I can pick out the good case.
The last bucket of brass we took in they were paying a little less then a buck a pound.
I keep the primers in another container.
