Just wondering if a PC carbine with a 10 round mag is legal in NYS?
Would putting it in a Magpul Backpacker stock also be GTG?

Should be good to go but curious as why the other stock is needed?
They sell configurations that would not be NY compliant but see no reason why you could not buy one if you stick with 10 mag, no pistol grip and non-threaded barrel. Not sure about backpacker stock but also appears to be NY compliant.
