The appeals court in Manhattan has thrown out the $500 million punitive award, and suspended Engoron’s ruling that blocked Eric and Don Jr from the company.
As we noted in October of 2023. There are no elements to this farce of a judicial proceeding which will survive appellate court review. The thing that concerns me about the investigation into Jumbo James's alleged mortgage fraud is this.
1. Jumbo James's very own signature is not only on one, but on multiple fraudulent documents. That corrupt cow signed those fraudulent documents herself. I suppose every once in a great while mistakes can happen, but not on document after document during a span of 40 years.
C'mon man. That's clearly a pattern of fraud.
2. Jumbo James, using political lawfare like our country has never seen before, made her best (although very corrupt) attempt at not only ruining DJT himself, but his entire family. Jumbo James attempted to destroy the Trump Brand as a whole. Be it for good or bad or right or wrong, DJT definitely has an axe to grind when it comes to Jumbo James.
3. Considering all of the above. If Jumbo James (of all people) gets away with the fraud that she has obviously committed. That would mean that things are even worse than they already appear. That would mean that President Trump is completely controlled by a puppet master himself. If Jumbo James doesn't go down, I can't think of another explanation than that there's someone more powerful than DJT making the decisions. IDK, I just thought I'd mention it.

Fat fuck hasn't been in her right mind since she got banned from her favorite feeding trough. The manager had no choice if he wanted to save that location.
