I am a member of the Armed Citizens Legal defense fund. I thought this would be a great read for anyone who carries defensively.

It's kind of twisted and certainly there were things that went wrong on the defensive part. However, I don't know exactly how I would act in this situation.

Both parts are really long and I highly suggest you read entirely (I can't make you though) before commenting.

This isn't Hollywood or a perfect scenario, which is pretty much how a self defense shooting can go down. There are important lessons to be learned from this.

Here's part 3. Man , this guy's life is so messed up, even 7 years later. That alone is why I am a member of the network, especially now since most of the "carry insurance" can't be obtained in NY anymore.

Again, there are a lot of things that went wrong right from the start. It certainly is a reminder of what not to do if you can avoid it.
