Back in March, Crime Boss Cuomo ordered CoVid-19 patients be sent to Nursing homes. Everyone knows this. Now!, some how, that order, has been 'scrubbed' from the NYS health dept website???
Now, why in the world would a Governor, who forced nursing homes to take in contaminated patients, remove or scrub his order's from a state website, unless maybe he was worried someone might sue him for killing their their parents/grandparents.
Im not a lawyer, but I believe this might be called Obstruction of Justice or maybe tampering with evidence?
uuum, IDK about you guys, but this seems very weird to me. But I guess when you are a power hungry control freak, this would fit right in with your agenda of controlling your subjects

He will not back down and Cuomo personally has taunted family. Another point that gets no traction is his mom's (and everyone elses) prepaid funeral expenses could not be spent per FUAC executive order and funeral expense account was seized by state.

The furher was asked about the nursing Home lawsuits last week and said lawsuits were part of the job.....My 2 cents....I've seen people hosing others and something bad always happens to them and other's have no pity at all. Biden is a sacrificial lamb for 2020, the Democrat's strategy for 2020 is to win back the Senate and make Trump a lame duck for four years. They don't even believe that they can win the Presidential Seat this year and are planning for the next election. The Senate is CRUCIAL to our future. Adam Schiff and the rest of the Bunch of Deplorables, are salivating at having a majority in the Senate to finally push their Impeachment bullshit through. Trump may win and Trump may lose, but the Senate is the key.

As a strategic move, it seems like it might be smart one. (For them, not for America) They are putting all their eggs in one basket and counting on the fact that they don't have to win the war in 2020, they just have to win this battle. I truly hope that this blows up in their face and that this does not happen, in addition to the Senate, a bunch of these dictatorial Dem governors also have to get voted out soon. Although, many of them are not up for re-election for a few more years. (They are including this in their strategy) They hope that the people will forget by then. And , do you know what? They probably will!

From the families we know who were fleeced after losing loved ones to Cuomo's capers...

Some nursing facilities require residents have prepaid funeral arrangements...

Monies remaining in accounts held for prepaid funeral expenses go to the state...

Many of the funeral services purchased were banned by the executive order leaving substaintial balance in the escrow account...

The families were not allowed to donate the balance, or transfer the balance for another victim's funeral services, or even find a way for the remaing money to be used in anyway other than going to fill Cuomo's black hole budget.

If you want, I can find out what services from the escrow were able to used and maybe you can set up a minimal final wishes / expenses account and just set aside a balance to cover additional wishes when the time comes. Just drop a PM.
