1.) The illegitimate Xiden administration, aka the DNC, didn't want anything to do with Cuomo.
2.) NY AG James would not have released such a damning report. Against a fellow Democrat,
not to mention such a powerful one. Without approval from higher up in the Democrat food chain.
AG James wouldn't do this flying alone. Not against someone like Cuomo.
Some powerful DC Democrat(s) has her six.
3.) NY AG James wants to be the Governor of NY. And for whatever reason the DNC wants Cuomo completely out of the picture. The Democrats are on a roll right now and they probably don't want Cuomo to fuck everything up as he always does.
4.) Cuomo's days are numbered... His own people are after him. This is a concerted effort.
He will be forced to resign, if not that. He will be told not run in the next election.

As satisfying as it would be to see the Tyrant hoist on his own petard (or, better yet, hoist up on a yardarm!), James is not going to be an improvement.
I think the Dems are realizing that cumhole has become a poison pill, even to the overwhelming power the democrat party has amassed.
But... with his downfall, there might (I said MIGHT) be a chance for someone other than their hand-picked tyrant-to-be to get their shoe in the door.
