Each local government entity which has a police agency operating with police officers as defined under 1.20 of the criminal procedure law must perform a comprehensive review of current police force deployments, strategies, policies, procedures, and practices...
Each chief executive of such local government shall convene the head of the local police agency, and stakeholders in the community to develop such plan, which shall consider evidence-based policing strategies,

We have reviewed our policies and, as we already support evidence-based policing strategies, have come to the following conclusion:

WHEREAS, there is sufficient evidence to prove that the Governor of New York does not, in fact and in example, support and follow the Constitution of the State of New York, as well as the Constitution of the United States; and

WHEREAS, there is sufficient evidence to prove that the Governor of New York did abuse his position which resulted in thousands of needless deaths of the most vulnerable members of our society; and

WHEREAS, there is sufficient evidence to prove that the Governor of New York did abuse his position for personal gain;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, <insert name of Mayor, local Governor, local Sheriff, etc.>, do hereby require that said Governor of New York kindly refrain from visiting our great region, that said Governor immediately resign from his position as Governor of New York State, and that said Governor immediately remand himself over to the local police agency not under direct control of the Governor's Office for holding, pending trial for his crimes.
