Yeah I think I would have made him sit for that round of shooting. I understand things happen, but it should not. Also making him sit is not just punishment, but I'm sure he was a wreck. Just a couple of minutes to let him settle down and think about it. I understand in a shoot out you would not have this time, but rather than hurt himself waiting a minute is probably a safe bet.
