Technically legal, but I'm not sure that holds up once you shoulder the weapon. Given the felony charge you are facing if you are wrong, I wouldn't risk it.
Shouldering the weapon doesnt change anything and doesnt make anything illegal.

Here's what I'm building now. I'm using the Tacstar stock adapter. Just make sure your length of pull does not exceed 13½". ATF considers that a stock, not a brace. Once I get the corncob stripped, I'll refinish it and the grip to match.
