Depending on the wording I would sometimes agree.. never thought I'd say that about something from Cuomo..

All too often the news wants to be the first to report anything and everything, with no repercussions if they're wrong. If they're "mistaken" they post a small apology on their website (or if in newspaper, page 20 in fine print). They're covered because they say "allegedly" but it still brands the person for life. It's why during any major news development ('mass' shooting etc) I wait 24 hours to hear the full story. I crave the latest news in anything, but I try to take it all with a grain of salt.

The problem, and why people like Tim Cook support a mass delete on private info option,’is that nowadays if you are involved in ANYTHING at all your name is recorded and indexed for google to find.

Now go and find a job. “Blimey arrested on <insert minor charge>.” Then two months later charges dropped due to no evidence. But it sows doubt; an employer doesn’t like that. It can follow you around and ten years ago nobody would have known or care. This is why people are increasingly having to change their name on otherwise nonissues.
