I would imagine so. Think of the outrage over this of this man was charged? He should be according to the law. I think they will refuse to do it until the crime climate changes in nys. Right now people are sick of the crime but who knows what they will do if they get crime under control or if this man shot the criminal.

I also wonder what will happen when this guy and the other guy go to renew their pistol permits??

The article said he was preparing to pump gas. This means he was outside. Yes he's on private property but if he didn't enter a building without a "guns allowed" sign he didn't violation this bullshit law.
