This is not true. Just off the top of my head I can name a few blue states with decent gun laws PA (when it was solid blue), Delaware, Oregon, Minnesota, Michigan, there are others as well.
Her district will never elect a pro-gun conservative. The choice is between mainstream democrat who will prioritize gun control or a leftist like her who will focus on other agenda with gun control at the bottom of the list.
