No they werent checking ID's, they were effecting an arrest for interfering with a LE operation. Doesnt change the fact that he wasnt carrying legally. If there was no shots fired and he was arrested, he wouldnt "get fined or just "get his license revoked" he'd be charged with illegal posession of a loaded firearm.

Reports are Bovino is retiring (looks like it's forced).
Reports also say ICE presence in Minneapolis and Minnesota is being reduced. Noem has agreed to appear and testify before the Senate as requested.
Not sure what Trump is getting in return if these are truly concessions to Dems.

Do you honestly think that was the plan? I would guess that guy went to multiple protests/riots armed without any issues. Was he breaking the law being there before the officer shoved that woman? This guy is just about right on in my opinion. Not the click bait title but the content of the video. The officers will be cleared because they will say they were scared. Just like the officer that shot a guy with his hands up in a hotel hallway awhile back. If he was cleared, just about anything will be.
