Resents are up everywhere and astronomically. I saw on the news today the average is a 20% increase and south Florida is averaging 50% increase. You ask why Florida is a 50% increase? Because so many fled there during the pandemic. If that doesn’t wake the democrats up what will?

The nice thing about by brand new fixed rate mortgage is that it's less than half the rate of inflation.

Wages will inevitably have to increase because of this inflation, probably not enough to cover the loss of value, but with the fixed rate it will be faster than the mortgage payment that doesn't change.

Give us another 10 years of this and my mortgage payment will be less than dinner and a movie
