My daughter is at SJH. But.... she got sent home early because covid. One of the students she has in one of her classes tested positive. Last week. My daughter has to get tested weekly. She was negative on Friday. They said that because she didn't get the jab, she has to go home and finish her 10 day quarantine. So she's teaching virtually tomorrow and half day Wednesday. Can't make this shit up.

On a related note though, after last week's events, during one of her classes, kids were talking about the violence. She told them to close their books and they talked about it the rest of the period. These kids are 10 and 11 y/o and they're scared to walk to/from school
