Anti gun converts to pro gun

Ermiya Fanaeian may shake up a lot of stereotypes, perhaps even your own. She co-founded the Utah chapter of the gun violence prevention group March for Our Lives and considers herself a left-wing social activist. She's also recently bought an AR-15, making her one of the more than 8 million Americans who've bought their first gun last year. Now, that figure comes from a firearms trade association, the National Shooting Sports Foundation. It also reports that women and African Americans have been buying guns at an unprecedented rate. Ermiya Fanaeian is now the director of the Salt Lake City chapter of Pink Pistols - that's an LGBTQ gun owners group - and joins us from Salt Lake City.

I just listened.

That was not an inspiring interview. She sounds like an angry SJW commie.

The only truth she had said was that she came to the realization that the police aren't there to protect her that's her responsibility.

The rest of the comments are self serving and almost with contempt she had to admit they she was advocating and pushing for actions that made it very difficult for "working class" people to be able to own guns.

I think the only reason she changed her mind isn't because she had an epihinany of enlightenment and drank the freedom Kool aid, it's that she wants her people to be able shoot the evil right facist literal Nazis since we keep arming up and she realized the police really aren't there to prevent violent crimes.

All I got from her words were the veiled virtue signaling of her commie class warfare of the working class vs. bourgeois and, the leftys need to be ready to fight the right and that the right is some boogey man constantly lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce.



She's not changing her political views or voting habits so she will continue to vote for those who want her disarmed and no longer able to exercise self defense.

My guess is she is more likely than the average gun owner to go on the offensive and use it on people she seems are oppressing her. Jordan peterson recently released a poll that showed far left people were more likely to approve of political violence.
