So someone who committed the crime of illegal entry and has been running around free even though he knows he is here illegally has no concern for the rights of another and commits the crimes of assault and rape and again instead of hiding sticks around because he has been committing crimes apparently on a regular basis since he came here doesn't care and it seems no one else does finally gets arrested.
