I’m not surprised. That location is the center of the “Elmwood Village” aka Buffalo’s Berkeley zone dating back to the 1960’s.

Also, it is only a couple of blocks south of Buff State College, and the Buffalo Psychiatric Outpatient Center (where they used to house mentally ill people but nowadays they just medicate them up, and turn them loose to wander aimlessly and talk to themselves while they harass and panhandle others).

The whole area is the center of Buff State student rental housing which is full of millennials who love Bernie and his plans for free tuition and the plan to pay off all college loans by having Wall Street fork over a few billion they don’t owe.

It is also only a few blocks east of the West Side ghetto where the social do good organizations keep importing illegals and illiterates (and druggies) to live in run down housing while on the public dime.

The area is pretty much a freak show of losers and counter culture types.
