The site keeps redirecting me to McAfee website on my phone. It's a galaxy 7 of that helps. So far it only seems to be this website.

Try deleting all your cookies and temporary files see if it still does it.
Ok I will try to figure out how to do that on the phone. Computer is easy I've never done it on the phone.

That Macafee app has hijacked my Galaxy 8+ as well.
It does not like this site.
I just Googled the SA-Live and it said the same thing. Clear cookies and cache.

Yup still happening. Makes the site not accessible on my phone.
It definitely isn't anything on our end.
Maybe this will help. Looks like if you've been browser hijacked you can't just clear your cookies and cache through the browser's own method. You have to force stop the apps and clear their data and cache from the application manager.

Factory reset. Only way to be kinda not sure it wont come back.

This. Whenever something fishy happens with my phone I factory reset it. There are apps that'll save your call history, texts, photos, ECT for easy retrieval once you do it. It takes less than a half hour to get your phone back to normal.
I just recently did it after an Oreo update.

I had to go to " Verizon security & privacy" app to turn off the "web security" to lose the Site Advisor.
Clearing history and cache did nothing.

Root, custom rom, no bs to deal with.
I'm still working on it. Hopefully I won't have to factory reset it. I have lost kid baby pictures before having to do that(actually the Verizon tech did it). I will keep you guys posted.

Step 1.
Reset your router. Press the little button that requires you to use a pin to press it. Check to see if the problem persists.
Step 2.
Download another browser from the play store. If it still happens than the malware is in your phone and not the browser.
Step 3.
Uninstall all apps you downloaded. One by one and check. It could be one downloaded app. Start with the ones that are 3rd party like games, keyboards, and others that aren't really important. (Especially the ones you side loaded and didn't download from the play store.)
Step 4.
Factory reset if after all apps are uninstalled and the problem persists. Use Google apps or factory apps going forward. I haven't had a problem since staying with factory apps.

I don't use a router so that's not it. I will move to another browser to see what happens there. It is kind of strange that it only happens on this website, but I do agree with everyone it's on my end.

it stopped on my phone once I turned off the web security. I left the other options on.
I could sometimes read a couple of threads then the pop up would appear . I could go to NYGF in what appeared to be a "safe" tab but would have to log in again.
Site Adviser had no data as to why were a scary site, though.

Yep. I turned off and disabled Verizon Security and Privacy.
Seems like this is my issue then. I will experiment with it when I get home.

Have you enabled "developer options". Might be a better fix in there than factory reset.

I use an iPhone and I occasionally run into sites that run certain ads that 'hijack' my browser to a "You've WON" page or something. (not this site, rarely visit it on my phone)
I even paid for an AdBlocker app, then found out it only works with Safari.. I use Chrome. (yeah yeah, I know, Google evil)
I personally prefer Opera Mini for android browsing by far. Lot of advantages and no real disadvantages that I've found thus far.
I use incognito but usually the only time I run into the issues of tabs keep opening is when I’m on porn
i only use safari for NYGF or if I have a question. Other than that I just Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Netflix.

I thought I was having a similar issue earlier today, but it turned out I was just not getting data at work today.

Pb had it correct. I the web security for the phone is claiming it doesn't have enough info on the site so they block it. So I have to turn it off every time I'm on here.
