Some members of Antifa are responding to the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse last week by getting guns themselves.
According to social media posts collected by conservative journalist Andy Ngo, the violent leftist group sees as a threat to them Mr. Rittenhouse’s successful claim of self-defense in the shootings of three rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year.
“Antifa accounts in Portland & beyond are terrified over the Rittenhouse acquittal because they’re afraid others will shoot them dead during an attack & have a legal argument for self-defense. They’re urging comrades to get guns immediately so they can kill before being killed,” Mr. Ngo wrote on Twitter, providing multiple screenshots to support his claim.

The "system" in Kenosha ruined Kyles life and they knew he didn't stand a chance. If not for the crowdsourced fundraising they would have forced him into a guilty plea bargain deal. They will continue this behavior and it will get worse with 85 thousand new IRS agents to force whomever they desire into submission. Drug dealers who refuse to snitch who and were was caught with 50K in cash were threatened with a call to the IRS. (a fate worse than prison)

I also just happen to have multiple 2K security cameras, and if that type of mob decides to come down my street, we'll see how far the court case goes if they decide to come onto my front porch with fire and weapons. It's sad that these idiots think they're preaching defense when they are setting their fellow thugs up for attempted murder charges.

Personal body camera. We're having problems with neighbors when we walk our dog. Collecting data for presentation to the judge. Not expensive but good enough to do video and audio. Sucks that I have to be like this but other people suck worse.

Wonderful, A lot of them will end up dead or in jail for a long period of time. Part of the reason the right doesnt engauge them on the street is the fact they are completely aware of how the laws of self defense work. if they think they can provoke an incident they are going to be facing Homicide charges , if they think they claim self defense because someone was open carrying and therefore he was a threat to them they are going to be faceing homicide charges. If they think people wont return fire , they are going to die.
These Chineese revolution tactics wont work against an armed population. This will hand the moral high ground to the right. For the left its a strategic blunder that will cost them dearly. For the right, its a gift.

Let’s go over some of the things in this thread.
First of all, do not count Antifa short. The off shoot groups like the John Brown society train and train a lot. Antifa used train in protest tactics such overcoming police lines, tear gas etc. Go look at the G7, G8 summits of the past. They were trained and coordinated. If they apply that more to gun tactics, it is problem.
Antifa has already armed itself. They are now carrying guns at the protests/riots when they shut down roads. They were the first to fire a shot in the Rittenhouse case. They are already armed.
Antifa will most likely choose the place and time that any encounter that anyone on this forum will encounter them. I don’t care if you are John Wick, that puts them at an extreme advantage.
And even if you won such a gun fight, you will be on trial because they will make an example of anyone who might be seen as a vigilante. That’s why Rittenhouse was made to be a cautionary tale. And if independent journalists hadn’t been video recording the incident, Rittenhouse would be in prison with 20 Antifa witnesses saying he was an active shooter.
Do not have any illusions of what Antifa is or what would happen if one encounters them. There are many factions. Some are punks that pretend and others that are quite violent and organized.
Best advice, stay clear of them. If caught at one of their road blocks, don’t try to open it up yourself. Go around if you can. Avoid confrontation. But if attacked, do what you have to do to survive.
The media does not like to mention how they assassinated their opposition in classic ambush style with a gun. That they showed up to their opposition’s legal and licensed rallies and protests to cause violence. And it’s their opposition no matter who, that the media paints as racists or fascist.
And unlike most gun owners, they don’t care about the gun laws because they don’t follow them anyway.

For the most part I agree, but doing nothing isnt a plan. And your right for moment they have numerical superiority locally, and its never a good idea to go it alone. but at some point , maybe after they kill more people, or burn the wrong place down , they will have to be stopped or your going to have to submit to them . A simple law saying looters and rioters can be shot on sight by law enforcement or by the public would do wonders .
If the law, cant, wont protect you, what good is the law?
