Biden's primary opponents are the democrats he's running against. He's not the nominee. The President sets foreign policy. Unelected staffers that don't agree with him and who's feelings were hurt have no say in it. Also since when does running for an office make you immune to being investigated for a crime when reasonable suspicion exists (and to which he is on camera implicating himself)?
