Sucks to be us. James has abused her office by intimidation of both the postal service and 80% lower manufacturers/sellers by issuing cease and desist letters and bringing the full weight of the NYS Taxpayer funded government machine to bear in stripping rights under the law from NYS Citizens who wish to purchase and own these items and or make them into fire arms. Even with S13 and S14 signed into law, there is still a 180 day window before the law takes effect and the state attorney general has no business blocking citizens in NY from these legal activities.
