Appealing a Failed Background Check

He got delayed and after a few days of waiting he was denied. He said he was going to appeal the background check denial which might take a few weeks. I dont mind waiting but if it takes more then a month and comes back denied again I'm not going to be happy. I was wondering if someone had a similar situation happen and how long it took.

Find another buyer. I had a similar issue, kid didn't have his paperwork squared away. The address on his license was a po box and that's a no-go for nics. Wasn't waiting for him to get a new license.
