Appeals court rejects Chicago gun-range restrictions

This is all well and good but yet another case won that does NOTHING for the overall advancement of gun rights? When will we win a case with substance like overturning possession permits, "aw" bans, magazine limits, ammunition permitting, etc. We've lost EVERY SINGLE CHALLENGE and frankly I'm running out of hope, even with Trump. The SC has no balls. They are our LAST hope at ever getting our rights back.
