Should be easier than Westchester Co (where I am). Just will add it like if you were adding a regular handgun. Some counties, they would like to see the lower with the fixed magazine, others won't (as far as I know).

Yes, I've had my permit for about 5 years now. Just wondering about issues with my local office. I believe they need the caliber to be specified(no multi-cal) and iirc they also need the barrel length.
Usually the clerks don't know much about it, most likely it will be reviewed by a police officer/detective/sgt. Why would they want to know the barrel length? Never heard of this one.
Look at my previous post, when adding a lower, the info should look similar to that.
Do you happen to have a pdf/copy of the amendment form? I noticed in their website the form is not listed and that you have to go in person to do any amendments. This is how the Westchester looks likeMadison county judge reviews the amendments. I'll have to call down there and ask exactly what information they need. But I do believe last time I bought a pistol, barrel length was a requirement
